REGISTRATION RULES for EMI Employee
Rules in registering for new account for EMI Employee

1. Use the first letter of your firstname, your surname and your ID number in registering
    for your username.
    Make sure to CAPITALIZE the first letter of your firstname and surname.

        example: 

            surname    : REYES
            firsname    : ALVIN
            ID number : 1234567
            username   : AReyes1234567

2. An email will be sent to your email address if the Admin/Forum Staff accept your
    registration request.


3. After registration succeeded, click the link below the email to activate and log in to
    your account.


4. Change your Display name to your full-name (step by step procedure)
    Step 1 - Click the Profile button at the navigation bar.
    Step 2 - Click the Edit Profile button at the right-side of your profile page.
    Step 3 - Click the Personal tab.
    Step 4 - Change the display name with your full-name.
    Step 5 - If done, click the Save Personal Settings button.
